הצהרת נגישות

עמותת (ע״ר ) רואה חשיבות רבה בהנגשת אתר מבצע מימון ההמונים לבניין בית הכנסת לכלל הציבור, ובכלל זה לאנשים עם מוגבלות. האתר הונגש בהתאם לתקנות שוויון זכויות לאנשים עם מוגבלות (התאמות נגישות לשירות), התשע״ג-2013, ולתקן הישראלי ת״י 5568 ברמה AA, המבוסס על הנחיות WCAG 2.0.

מה הונגש באתר

• ניווט מלא במקלדת, עם סימון פוקוס ברור וקישור ״דלג לתוכן הראשי״.
• מבנה כותרות היררכי, אזורי ניווט מסומנים, ושפה וכיוון כתיבה מוגדרים (עברית מימין לשמאל, אנגלית משמאל לימין).
• טקסט חלופי לתמונות, ואיורים דקורטיביים מוסתרים מקוראי מסך.
• ניגודיות צבעים של 4.5:1 לפחות לטקסט רגיל.
• מד ההתקדמות, המחשבון והאקורדיון מסומנים בתכונות ARIA ומעדכנים קוראי מסך.
• האתר מכבד את הגדרת ״הפחתת תנועה״ של מערכת ההפעלה, ואפשר לעצור את כל האנימציות.
• תפריט הגדרות נגישות (כפתור בפינת המסך או Alt+A): הגדלת טקסט, ניגודיות גבוהה, הדגשת קישורים, עצירת אנימציות וגופן קריא. התפריט משנה רק את התצוגה ואינו מחליף את ההנגשה של האתר עצמו.
• האתר זמין בעברית ובאנגלית.

האתר עומד בדרישות ת״י 5568 ברמה AA. טופס התשלום של גבאי נט הוא תוכן של צד שלישי, ולכן ההנגשה שלו היא באחריות ספק המערכת; לגביו העמידה חלקית.

Accessibility statement

(no. ) wants this crowdfunding site for the new synagogue building to be usable by everyone, including people with disabilities. The site follows the Israeli Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities (Service Accessibility Accommodations) Regulations, 2013, and Israeli Standard IS 5568 at level AA, based on WCAG 2.0.

What we have done

• Full keyboard navigation, visible focus and a "Skip to main content" link.
• A clear heading structure, labelled landmarks, and declared language and direction (Hebrew right to left, English left to right).
• Text alternatives for images; decorative drawings are hidden from screen readers.
• Colour contrast of at least 4.5:1 for normal text.
• The progress meter, calculator and accordion use ARIA and announce changes to screen readers.
• The site respects the operating system's reduced-motion setting, and all animation can be stopped.
• An accessibility settings menu (corner button or Alt+A): larger text, high contrast, highlighted links, stop animations and a readable font. It only changes the display and does not replace the accessibility built into the site.
• The site is available in Hebrew and English.

The site meets IS 5568 at level AA. The Gabai Net payment form is third-party content whose accessibility is the provider's responsibility; for it, compliance is partial.

Known limitations

• Payment happens on an external site, Gabai Net (mygabay.com), which the nonprofit does not control. If the payment form is hard to use, contact us and we will help you give another way.
• The Gabai Net payment form is available in Hebrew only.
